• Responsible for financial reporting and analysis
• Requires a degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years of experience, and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of IFRS, Hyperion Reporting, and financial accounting

1. ETL Developer

• Builds data pipelines to support Data Warehouse and Data Lake systems
• Familiarity with relational databases and data integration patterns
• Experience with ETL tools, data marts/warehouses, and BI tools

1. Property Accountant

• Responsible for financial tasks related to real estate projects
• Requires a degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and accrual accounting experience
• Commercial real estate experience and knowledge of accounting software preferred

1. SQL DBA(multiple openings)

• Manages databases, optimizes performance, and ensures security
• Experience in SQL Server Database Administration and SQL programming
• Knowledge of database design concepts and production DBA skills
